- People who bring you down. – Relationships should help you, not hurt you. Spend time with nice people who are smart, driven and likeminded.
- A work environment or career field you hate. – Don’t settle on the first or second career field you dabble in. Keep searching. Eventually you will find work you love to do. If you catch yourself working hard and loving every minute of it, don’t stop. You’re on to something big. Because hard work ain’t hard when you concentrate on your passions.
- Your own negativity. – Be aware of your mental self-talk. We all talk silently to ourselves in our heads, but we aren’t always conscious of what we’re saying or how it’s affecting us. Start listening to your thoughts. If you hear negative thoughts, stop and replace them with positive thoughts.
- Unnecessary miscommunication. – Say what you mean. Mean what you say. Speak clearly. Ask questions. Clarify things until you understand them.
- A disorganized living and working space. – Clear the clutter. Get rid of stuff you don’t use. Read David Allen’s book Getting Things Done
for some practical organizational guidance.
- Your own tardiness. – Get up 30 minutes earlier so you don’t have to rush around like a mad man. That 30 minutes will help you avoid speeding tickets, tardiness and other unnecessary headaches.
- Pressure to fit in with the crowd. – Oftentimes, the only reason others want you to fit in is that once you do they can ignore you and go about their business. Don’t conform. Be you, because that’s the only person you can be.
- An unhealthy body. – Your health is your life. Don’t let it go. Eat right, exercise and get an annual physical check-up. The 4-Hour Body
is an insightful and entertaining read on this topic.
- Fear of change. – Life is change. Every day is different. Every day is a new beginning and a new ending. Embrace it and make the best of it.
- All work and no play. – Enjoy yourself and have a little fun while you can. If you’re smiling, you’re doing something right.

Girl Vs Woman
This comparison of girl vs woman has gone viral on Facebook, just thought to share it
1. A girl knows how to demand. A woman knows how to contribute.
1. A girl knows how to demand. A woman knows how to contribute.
2. Girls complain too often. A woman will observe for a while, and then call her man's attention to the matter arising.
3. Girls can spend 5k on ice cream & make-ups. A woman can manage 5k on cooking for a week.
4. A girl will wanna keep up with trends. A woman will wanna consider her man's progress.
5. A girl will never ask how he manages. Caring after him is a woman's priority.
6. A girl will measure her man's worth by the weight of his pocket. A
woman will measure her man's worth by his level of Wisdom, the fear of
God and how disciplined he can be towards finances.
7. A girl is naturally selfish, stubborn, and short sighted. A woman is sacrificial, loyal, future oriented and family minded.
8. A girl wants everything now. A woman waits until they can both attend to their needs as at when possible.
9. A girl is not considerate. A woman helps her man to plan.
You definitely MUST grow from being a girl to a woman to be able to
handle a home. U can't still be a girl and expect a man...., of cos you'll
get a boy.
How true is this?

How to manage anger
- Take a time out: When you find yourself in an argument or tense situation, just take a very deep breath and count to 10..If possible, take a break from the person situation until your anger subsides a bit.
- Think before you speak: Anger can really make one say or do things he might regret later,so don't say anything out of anger without pausing to think about it.
- Get some exercise: Exercise relaxes our body,so the next time your wife, husband, kids or anyone makes you angry, just take a stroll or if possible,go to the gym.
- Express your anger; When you are calm, express your anger, but in a non-confrontational manner.State your concerns clearly without hurting others.
- Identify possible solutions: Work on the issue at hand, instead of focusing on what made you angry...If your is a slow dresser, reschedule your outing time or give her an hour before you get dressed. If your colleagues picks on you,try laughing them off instead of getting angry.

Obsessed with Mermaids and Living as a “Merman”
Ducharme says that he eats, sleeps and breathes mermaids, and he dresses up and acts like one whenever he gets the chance. “It’s a lifestyle. It’s a path in life that I have chosen,” Eric says. “When I put on a tail I feel transformed … I feel like I’m starting to enter into a different world when I hit the water.”
“Being under water I feel, I’m just totally away from the world,” he
explained. “It’s taken me a really long time to kind of understand my
